1. Introduction
Welcome to Quick-Trade Direct. By using our services or accessing our app, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which should be read in conjunction with the supplier’s terms and conditions. Please review both carefully before placing an order.
2. Service Overview
Quick-Trade Direct offers rapid delivery of building materials through partnerships with leading builders’ merchants and suppliers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to availability, traffic, weather, and other external factors. The service is available exclusively at participating stores, which are subject to change.
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements.
- By creating an account, you confirm the accuracy of your provided information.
- Quick-Trade Direct reserves the right to suspend accounts or refuse service at its discretion.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed exclusively through the Quick-Trade Direct app.
- Payment is required upon order confirmation and is accepted via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery Policy
- Orders are only accepted during supplier opening hours and will not be processed outside these times.
- Orders placed within 30 minutes of supplier closing or outside operating hours will not be accepted.
- Eligible orders are aimed for delivery within 30 minutes, though unforeseen delays may occur.
- Deliveries are only available within our service area.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery; failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled for free before the driver arrives at the supplier.
Cancellations after dispatch will incur a fee. - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 working days.

- Orders cancelled due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or refused by the customer on delivery due to a customer error or change of mind will be refunded minus delivery fees and a minimum 10% restocking charge.
7. Trade Discounts
- Registered trade customers are eligible for exclusive discounts.
- Proof of business eligibility (e.g., VAT number) may be required.
8. Returns & Damaged Items
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported upon delivery. Customers must sign to accept the condition of items—claims made after delivery will not be accepted.
- Returns are subject to the partner merchant’s policies.
- Customers are responsible for arranging returns; Quick-Trade Direct does not facilitate item collection.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct items.
- A recipient must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Customers must inspect materials upon delivery.
- Quick-Trade Direct obligations end with a kerbside delivery. Customers must assist in unloading materials.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
- Quick-Trade Direct and its partners are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather, accidents, supplier issues).
- If an ordered item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact the customer using their registered mobile number. If unreachable, the rest of the order will proceed, excluding that item, and a refund will be issued for the missing item.
- While we strive for accuracy, product availability is not guaranteed.
- Alternative items may require price adjustments, payable within 14 working days.
- We do not guarantee that Quick-Trade Direct will accept all orders and reserve the right to restrict or withdraw service without notice.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your privacy is our priority—we collect and use personal data only in compliance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
- Your mobile number may be used to fulfil orders, and provide information, via phone call and text messaging.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of England.
13. Amendments to Terms
- Quick-Trade Direct reserves the right to amend these terms, including delivery charges and service availability, at any time.
- Changes take effect upon publication on our website/app.
- Continued use of Quick-Trade Direct after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- All terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our partner merchants who feature on the app.
14. 60 Minute Guarantee
If we aren’t there within 60 minutes, we pay you the delivery fee!
- Eligibility Zone
Guarantee applies only to deliveries within the radius of participating merchants. - Delivery Window
Available Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are excluded. - Driver Availability
Orders are only accepted when a driver is confirmed and available. If no driver is available, the order will not be processed. - Order Confirmation Timing
The 60-minute window begins only after order confirmation and driver assignment—not at the time of order placement. - Eligible Items
Guarantee applies to standard, in-stock items only. Multi-merchant pickups, custom orders, or special handling items are excluded. - Merchant Readiness
Guarantee applies only when merchants confirm item availability and readiness for pickup. If items are not in stock when we arrive, it voids the guarantee. - Site Access
Tradesmen must be reachable and the site must be accessible. Delays due to restricted access or unresponsive recipients void the guarantee. - Delivery Attempt Clause
If delivery is attempted within the window but fails due to site access issues or customer unavailability, the guarantee is void. - Refund Type
If delivery exceeds 60 minutes, the delivery fee will be refunded as credit toward your next order. No cash refunds. - Limitations
Abuse or repeated late-site access may result in exclusion, at the discretion of Quick Trade Direct. - Customer Conduct Clause
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be reachable during the delivery window. Failure to do so may void the guarantee. - Force Majeure Clause
Guarantee does not apply in cases of extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. - Abuse & Fraud Clause
Quick Trade Direct reserves the right to suspend or revoke guarantee eligibility for accounts suspected of abuse or repeated false claims. - Dispute Resolution Clause
Any disputes regarding guarantee claims will be reviewed internally and resolved at Quick Trade Direct’s discretion.
