What is Quick-Trade Direct?

Quick-Trade Direct is a rapid delivery service for building materials. We partner with trusted merchants and suppliers to get your materials to you quickly and efficiently.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on distance and order size. Our average delivery fee is between just £7-£10.

How do I sign up?

Simply download the Quick-Trade Direct App, create an account, and start ordering – it’s that easy!

Do trade customers get discounts?

Yes! If you’re in the trade, sign up for a trade account via the app to unlock exclusive discounts.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, there’s no minimum order size.

Is there a maximum order size?

Yes, the following limits apply per order: 

  • Product length: Maximum 4.8m per item 
  • Weight: Maximum 1000kg per order 
  • Volume: Maximum 10m³ per order 
  • Quantity: Some items may be limited when you add to your basket due to weight and size restrictions. 
Are there any product restrictions?

Some merchant stock, such as Bulk Bags, may not appear on the app. Any products listed in the app are available for delivery without restrictions.

What happens if my items are out of stock?

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock when the driver arrives—despite being shown as available in the app—we will contact you via the provided mobile number to offer an alternative. If no suitable alternative is available, you can either: 

  • Proceed with the remainder of your order 
  • Cancel the entire delivery 

In both cases, refunds or additional charges will be processed accordingly. 

If we can’t reach you on your mobile number, the rest of the delivery will proceed as normal minus the missing item. 

What if my delivery is delayed?

We’re fast – and we back it. Our 60-minute guarantee is built on real-world logistics, but we also protect the system that makes it work.

  • You will see an estimated time of arrival (ETA) before placing an order
  • You can track your driver in real-time using the in-app map 
  • If your delivery is delayed by more than 60 mins, we pay you the delivery fee instead.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that you receive the wrong items or your delivery arrives damaged, we will replace them free of charge.

For assistance, you will be able to call us directly – our phone number will be going live at launch.

What if I am not available to accept my order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the driver and ensure someone is present to receive the order.

  • If no one is available, the driver will attempt to call the mobile number provided
  • If the delivery cannot be completed, you will be charged the delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee
